SUMMER BIRTHDAY POOL PARTY RENTALS 

Make your birthday unforgettable at Rancho Pool! Party with us from June 8 to September 8 on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4 pm. Our pool is open to the community during these hours and is fully supervised by lifeguards. Once you've passed a swim test, you'll have access to the deep end, diving boards, and the exciting AquaTrack obstacle course. It's the perfect way to add a splash of fun to your special day! For everyone's safety, please note that no glass, alcohol, or outside vendors are permitted.

Party Rental includes early admission for party preparations (15 mins), entry for your guests, reserved grass space, canopy, tables, chairs, and refrigerator space.

Party Rental is not confirmed until a facility contract is signed and $50 non-refundable deposit is received.

IMPORTANT: when selecting your party size, the number of guests includes the total number of people entering the facility, even if they are not swimming.

PARTY OPTIONS
  • Small Party: $150 (Up to 12 guests)
  • Medium Party: $200 (Up to 24 guests)
  • Large Party: $250 (Up to 40 guests - each additional guest, $2) 
Insurance is not required for birthday parties.

RENTAL INFORMATION FOR GROUPS 


RENTAL PROCESS 

  • Submit completed Rental Application to erinp@rsrpd.us
  • Application must be submitted a minimum of 45 days prior to rental.
  • Application will be reviewed to determine space and staff availability.
  • Recreation Coordinator will contact Organization's Representative to proceed with a facility use contract if space is available.
  • Rental fees and evidence of insurance is due 45 days prior to the rental.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

A Certificate of Insurance providing coverage for General Liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate, for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. In addition, insurance shall name RANCHO SIMI RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers as additional insureds prior to the use of the facility. Please Note: Refunds or Credits are only given under three conditions: 

1. When adverse weather conditions forces RSRPD to close the Pool.
2. When RSRPD has to close the pool due to maintenance issues
3. When you notify us of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
