Are you desperately seeking Santa? Seek no further! Santa will be at the Santa Susana train depot on Saturday, December 16th and Sunday, December 17th from 1pm-4pm. Santa will be available to listen to kids' Christmas wishes and hand out candy canes! There is no admission fee to see Santa, but a donation of canned goods would be greatly appreciated.

The Santa Susanna Southern Pacific Depot was completed in 1903 on Los Angeles Avenue east of Tapo Street. The Depot was retired in 1975, purchased by Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District and moved to present location at 6503 Katherine Road near Santa Susana Park.  For more information about the Depot's History visit the Rancho Simi Foundation's Website.

Depot hours are Saturday and Sunday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (excluding major holidays)

"A fun place to submerge oneself in railroad history, both real and imagined. Here is a nice museum with some interesting local color. There is also a fun to view model railroad and a few related displays. Come for a visit, you might discover the railroader lurking within." John H., Yelp
