Facility Rental Information

Hello,
Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District has rentable locations available in Simi Valley and Oak Park for almost any occasion. We offer outdoor covered picnic areas (pavilions), amphitheaters, pools, gazebos, small or large Banquet rooms and we even have a historical refurbished church. Our prices are very reasonable and we have been serving the public in this way for over 30 years.

Question:
How far in advance do we need to make our reservation?

Answer:
Depending on the location and type of event, w
e make reservations a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 6-12 months in advance.

Question:
Do you rent sports fields?

Answer:
Yes we do, for more information, please contact our main offices (see below for contact information)

Question:
Can we have a Moon Bounce? and do we need to reserve a location?

Answer:
You do not need to reserve a place in our parks for moon bouncers,
however, we do require a $10 permit for the moon bounce which must be acquired no less than 1 week before the event. We also require that you use a pre-approved vender and follow a few basic rules regarding the moon bounce.

Question:
How much do your rentals cost and how many people do they accommodate?

Answer:
Our prices depend on the location you choose, how long you plan to use it, and many other details....but to help give you a rough idea, our outside covered picnic pavilions are $60 - $185, and accommodate 36 to 200 people, our indoor rooms are from $150 - $2,000 (or more) and accommodate from 25 to 225 people.

Question:
Do you allow alcohol, fires, barbeques or animals?

Answer:
*Alcohol is not allowed in our parks, but is allowed in a couple of the Banquet Rooms with the proper permit.

*Fires are not allowed anywhere in our parks.

*Barbeques are allowed as long as you put something under them to protect the grass, but most of our parks have built in barbeques.

*Dogs on a leash are the only animals allowed in our parks.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Answer:
Yes, or you can provide your own.
