HOW TO PRINT YOUR AFTER SCHOOL CLUB OR PRESCHOOL PAYMENT RECEIPT

If you are having monthly payments taken out of your Checking, Savings or Credit Card Accounts for one of our After School Club's or Preschool Programs, you can print your receipt right from your computer over the internet.

 


 

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Login (click on login button below).
2. click on "history" to the right of the person's name you want a receipt for.
3. click on "email receipt" - your receipt will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

FAQ's:
Question = How Can I get my login information if I don't already have it.
Answer = Click on the blue login button above and then click on "forgot my barcode and pin", enter your email address and click on "go", this will automatically email you your login information within a few minutes....if you get an error "email address not found in database", then you may call or visit one of our main offices (Simi Valley=1692 Sycamore Dr, ph: 805 584-4400, Oak Park=1000 N. Kanan Rd. ph: 818 865-9304) and we should be able to assist you.

Question = What if the email receipt button is not highlighted?
Answer = Its most likely because we don't have an email address for you in our system - to resolve this, there are two choices.....you can login and add an email address to your account yourself by clicking on "update account" (see example) or you can call or visit one of our main offices (Simi Valley=1692 Sycamore Dr, ph: 805 584-4400, Oak Park=1000 N. Kanan Rd. ph: 818 865-9304) and we should be able to assist you.

Question = Is this the only way I can get my receipt?

Question = I can't open the attachment when its mailed to me, why not?
Answer = The receipts are sent in a format called PDF, (Portable Document Format). This is a common file format used to share all kinds of documents over the internet. To open a pdf file, you need to have a free program called adobe reader....you can find that free program at www.adobe.com

Question = When I click on History, it takes up to a minute to open the next screen, why?
Answer = The more information you have on your account, the longer it may take.....sometimes it can take up to 1 minute to access and bring up all your history, as well as take up to a minute to email you your receipt.....once it sends your email, that too can take a few minutes.
