Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District operates eleven Before and After School Clubs (ASC's). Eight in Simi Valley and three in Oak Park. Our goals and objectives are to provide comprehensive supervised recreational programs in a safe and wholesome environment.

*When are your ASC's open?   For Simi Valley ASC's, 6:45am to the start of school, then from after school to 6:00pm. Also, Vista Elementary ASC only, is open all day because of the Schools unique Kindergarten Schedule. For all Holidays, Minimum Days and Winter/Spring/Summer Vacation Schedules, please call the main offices (above), check with your ASC or click here for more information.

*How do I sign my child up for an ASC?   Please come to our main offices (see above) to pick up and fill out the registration papers.
     
*How do I make my payments?   For Simi Valley enrollments: there are 5 ways to pay:
1 = Online, for this, please call (805) 584-4400 for your Login ID#(user id) and Account Pin# (password), then you may login to our online system and make the payment there. Please note: payments can be made starting on the 25th through the 3rd of each month, after the 3rd, a $25.00 late fee will be charged unless previous arrangements have been made.
2 = Mail a check along with a form (click here for the form) Mail to: RSRPD 1692 Sycamore Dr. Simi Valley, CA 93065. Please note that if the payment is received after the 3rd of each month, a $25.00 late fee will be applied unless previous arrangements have been made..
3 = Have the payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Contact us for information on how to set this up at (805) 584-4400.
4 = Call (805) 584-4400 with credit card # between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Please note that if the payment is received after the 3rd of each month, a $25.00 late fee will be applied unless previous arrangements have been made.
5 = Walk in and make the payment at our main office (see above). Please note that if the payment is received after the 3rd of each month, a $25.00 late fee will be applied unless previous arrangements have been made.

 For Oak Park enrollments: there are 5 ways to pay:
1 = Online, for this, please call (818) 865-9304 for your Login ID#(user id) and Account Pin# (password), then you may login to our online system and make the payment there. *Who do I make the checks out too?   "Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District" or "R.S.R.P.D."
     
*Can I make the payment at the ASC?   No, please see above for payment options.
     
*Where can I get your Forms and Applications?   You may get all the forms and applications at our main offices (see above). Some are also available online here at the bottom of this page.
     
* Can I pay by the hour?   You can purchase an "Occasional Use Pass" (25 hours) at the Simi Valley and Oak Park Main office (see above). This "Pass" can not be purchased or paid for via our online system.
