Sinaloa Park

Sinaloa Golf Course and adjacent District-owned vacant properties are being redeveloped to allow for the development of new family-oriented recreational amenities set in a beautiful park setting. The current nine-hole golf course will remain, but the driving range will be eliminated, and a new golf practice area, including a putting green, pitching area, and sand bunker, will be added.

Other new amenities will include:
● Three 18-hole miniature golf courses featuring a natural environment of cascading waterfalls and a varied landscape themed after many of the great national parks across the United States
● A new Clubhouse building which will provide food and beverage service for Sinaloa Park
● Two beautiful venues, a new indoor Community Room and an outdoor Plaza Square, which will be able to host a wide range of casual and formal day and evening events such as meetings, parties, wedding receptions and other occasions
● And a new park area with two reservable Picnic Pavilions, children’s playgrounds, sand volleyball court, and a shallow interactive stream.
