Family Movies

We have a variety of movie events featured throughout the year. These events are great opportunities to spend time with your family and friends while enjoying a movie under the stars. Movies are shown in Simi Valley and in Oak Park.


Simi Valley
Movies in the Park feature family friendly movies shown on our 30-foot inflatable screen. This summer, all Simi Valley Movies in the Park will be held in the ball fields at Rancho Simi Community Park, 1765 Royal Ave.  

The movie starts at DUSK with free pre-movie crafts and games at 6:30 pm.  
Kona Ice and a Hot Dog vendor will be on site from 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Dive In Movies - Rancho Simi Community Park Pool
Dive in Movies offer a unique opportunity to swim in the pool prior to or during the movie. Family friendly movies are featured on a 30-foot inflatable screen that can be viewed from the grass area or the pool. A 10-foot screen will be available by the pool for additional viewing. Movies start at dusk.  Swimming is open from 6-10 pm. $3 per person for entry.  Rancho Simi Community Pool is located at 1765 Royal Ave., Simi Valley.

Movies in the Park: Oak Park

DRIVE IN MOVIE  - Saturday, June 3 -  Home      

Bring your family to enjoy an evening Drive-In. This fun gathering for your family and friends will surely be the highlight of your weekend as you sit in your car or outside to watch this spectacular feature. Tune in to your car radio or watch and listen outside. A 30’ screen will delight the children, leaving you with a reminiscence of past times. Kettle Corn available for purchase on-site. Movie begins at sundown, gates open an hour before for parking. Priority parking for smaller vehicles. 
Location: Deerhill Park, 6700 Doubletree Road 
Fee: $5 per car, limited spots for cars, plenty of outdoor seating for families, bring chairs. $1.00 walk in fee if not driving in.

Classic Movie in the Park - 
Featuring “ET” 
Saturday, September 16
 
Come see Oak Canyon Park transformed into an outdoor theatre for the ET Movie with a 30’ screen. Bring your chairs, blanket and even pillows to enjoy the evening's entertainment on the big screen. Kettle Corn available for purchase on-site. Movie begins at sundown.
