Community Centers:
We have 3 main Centers.
Community Parks: These parks range in
size from 20 - 60 acres, more amenities than neighborhood parks, and available on a
reservation basis for large functions (i.e. parties, picnics, etc.).
Neighborhood Parks: Looking for a place to relax
close to your home? These parks are nestled in neighborhoods throughout the District
and offer the quiet beauty close to home?. Neighborhood parks vary in size from 2 to
10 acres.
Golf Courses: The District provides two golf
courses, an 18 hole - 71 par and one 9 hole - 27 par, for your enjoyment.
Trails: Throughout the Simi
Valley and Oak Park areas, the District maintains various trails and connector trails that
highlight the beauty within the District.
Historic Interest: From Corriganville Park to
Robert P. Strathearn Historical Park and Museum and the Santa Susana Train Depot, Simi
Valley has a rich history waiting for you to explore!
Picnic
Pavilions: We have many Areas available for picnics (check back for more information later).
Sycamore BMX
Raceway: Bike racing entertainment right here in Simi Valley.
Equestrian
Facilities: Wonderful places for horses.
Veteran's Plaza:
A beautiful location.
